This research aims to examine the Application of Workers' Rights in Islamic Law: A Study of Hadith Bukhari number 1930. To protect workers' human rights, Islam pays great attention to their rights because in essence workers facilitate work. These rights include being treated with respect and dignity, being informed about their wages, getting work that suits their skills, getting paid promptly, and taking care of their health. Muslims view human rights as basic principles bestowed by Allah on humans and should be grateful for by preserving them, not eliminating them. Human rights values were embedded in Islamic teachings six centuries before the Magna Carta was written on June 15, 1215, and thirteen centuries before the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was written on December 10, 1948, as evidenced by the presence of basic human rights principles. and values in the Koran and Hadith, as well as in the practice of Islamic life. Upholding the principles of human rights which are in line with Islamic teachings and can bring benefits and peace to this planet, so that humans can live well and happily is an act of worship that should be grateful for
