Abstract

Orang adalah salah satu sumber daya yang paling penting dalam manajemen fasilitas. Sumber daya manusia dan pendidikan manajer diakui di semua tingkat manajemen. Kesuksesan klub masih sangat bergantung pada unsur manusia, meskipun kemajuan teknologi baru-baru ini. Sumber daya manusia organisasi merupakan komponen yang sangat penting. karena orang adalah aspek manajemen yang pertama dan paling penting. Manajemen sumber daya manusia memainkan peran penting dalam manajemen lembaga pendidikan dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Kapasitas sumber daya manusia harus dikelola dengan baik. sehingga memungkinkan orang-orang ini untuk berpartisipasi dalam tanggung jawab lembaga terkait.
